Jan Allan Svendsen mainly advises on professional liability, insurance law and the law of damages, in particular the professional liability of lawyers, real estate agents, architects, engineers, board members and managers as well as building surveyors.
Moreover, Jan specialises in construction and contract law as well as all aspects of real estate.
