Aumento Welcomes Yet Another Experienced Partner Profile

Aumento expands its group of partners with the addition of yet another prominent and industry-recognized profile.

Thus, attorney Mads Nygaard Madsen joins Aumento as a partner on 1 December 2025. For the past approximately five years, Mads has been a partner at DAHL, and before that he was a partner at Horten for many years.

Strong Expertise in IT Law and Contract Law

Mads Nygaard Madsen is a certified IT attorney with extensive experience in negotiating IT contracts and handling complex IT disputes, as well as advising on data protection law. He also advises companies on general contract law.

In addition to his law degree, Mads has completed educations in computer science and economics, making him particularly well suited to handling cases that require insight into complex technical and commercial matters.

Mads has previously served as chairman of The Association of Danish IT Attorneys (2017–2020) and is ranked as a Leading Partner within Data Privacy & Data Protection by Legal 500, and also ranked within Information Technology by Chambers.
