Per is the author of a book in Danish entitled Transport Law – An Introduction to the Rules on the Carriage of Goods (Danish title: Transportret – introduktion til reglerne om transport af gods) (2008, 1,109 pages).
Per has taught transport law to LL.M. students at the University of Copenhagen as an external lecturer.
Per is an external editor of the book Minerals and Mining: A Practical Global Guide (2012) and the author of its chapter on Greenland.
