Torben has advised DAB - a major Danishadministrator of social housing units - on the presentation of claims against building contractor and -consultants due to ongoing problems with penetrating water and moisture in a newly build housing department consisting of 120 townhouses. In continuation thereof, on behalf of the department, Torben has negotiated an amicable settlement with the contractor, including relevant subcontractors, and the consultants, which together with achieved coverage by the Building Damage Fund ensures full remediation of the leaks etc. and thereby a final solution to the problems for the benefit of not the least the residents of the department.
